Does anyone have any information on conflict resolution techniques? I'm looking specifically for textbooky stuff .. like what are the tools, techniques, theories of conflict resolution, by name ... Who are the gurus of this field?
This is because I have a test that *may include some of this subject, but none of it is covered in the text/materials. Any college psychology 101 bullshit would be helpful.
