Is it OK to start bashing Americans again yet?

See, I'm sick of having to go outside the building and freeze every time I want a smoke. Now I see some Yank is trying to make London a 'non-smoking environment'. "Within two years it'll be just like the USA!" he says in an interview, probably with a grating twang. Why don't you cover up your knobby kneecaps and take your lard-ass back to Peoria?

I smoked for longer than 30 years...:( What a waste of money and health... I think that when people get sick enough of smoking, they will quit, or simply die trying. We can't tell people what to do. Nobody could tell me what to do when I was young either. !!! What a crock! It was a vicious circle..... For me, when I left a bad marriage, I quit smoking, and got myself better! I have never been happier. :)

Americans have such strange morality. It seems to kind of slide over the surface of things - it's a sort of morality of clothes. Personally I say insult the Americans and the smokers. Anyway, don't you know it looks cool and desperate and edgy to be standing outside a building smoking? Take it from a non-smoker. My feeling when I see one of those 'outsiders' is 'wow how poetic, I bet that person's really boring.'
