it's actually, per the credit, Jiao Tong University, Shanghai's top 20 universities in the world

also, Wisconsin is listed because it is a major research university, which does not mean necessarily that it is a good place to go to college (not that it's a bad one)

Also, wouldn't the Economist list favor public universities, since it is based on prizes and publications? But I'm biased.
