So I flirted with a girl who work at the same place as I do, during the christmas office party.

Dating co-worker = no problem (unless you are only dating them because you have to see them every day and it's easier than not dating them but if you didn't have to see them every day you wouldn't date them - know what I mean?)

It can work, in my experience, if you're not directly working with each other (i.e. superior and subordinate).. I once went out with someone in the same department but we didn't actually work together so we didn't get in each other's faces and it was fine. Plus it made lunch hour rather nice too.
