I get Nixon, Rich as himself, Jack Nicholson, Jack Benny, and George Burns, but I don't recognize the first two. The second from the left could be Rumsfeld, but that's probably giving Rich too much credit.

Somebody once wrote to the Guardian seriously complaining about the fact that people say "double U double U double U" when reading out web addresses and pointing out that it would be much more effcient to say "world wide web" as it contains six fewer syllables.
