i feel like falling asleep right now, my head isn't feeling right and i put my hand to my forehead it feels a bit warmer than usual. is there a good way to test whether or not i'm actually ill or just tired and hungover? i drank quite a bit of beer last night.

I just looked in the mirror and I have the most gigantic black/purple circles under my eyes and am pale as fuck. I look dead, in fact.

1, drink enough beer to warrant a meaty hangover. 2 , wear damp clothes on a winters night, staying out until your blue.
3 , stay up all night.
In the morning write down the symptoms of each. Then in years to come you can refer to your notes and self diagnose, saving worry (that can lead to illness) and a trip to your local GP.
Don’t do all these on the same night, I’d recommend at least a week in between each experiment.

I try never to go to bed drunk, if I can help it. B multivitamin and loads of water before bed.

but it's also a bit of nausea. it's just a more wasted feeling than illness sickness.
