what would you change about them that would make you more likely to post

feminazi (feminazi), Thursday, 6 October 2005 11:47 (twenty years ago)

James Blunt?

mark grout (mark grout), Thursday, 6 October 2005 11:50 (twenty years ago)

I read that as "James Blount"... !

Dadaismus (Dada), Thursday, 6 October 2005 11:51 (twenty years ago)

i'd make them less annoying with less arguing and more talk about cookies and funny pictures.

g-kit (g-kit), Thursday, 6 October 2005 11:51 (twenty years ago)

(check the original)

mark grout (mark grout), Thursday, 6 October 2005 11:52 (twenty years ago)

i was wondering why it was only WOMEN being addressed in the first post. what was that all about?

g-kit (g-kit), Thursday, 6 October 2005 11:53 (twenty years ago)

feminazi (feminazi), Thursday, 6 October 2005 11:56 (twenty years ago)

ken c (ken c), Thursday, 6 October 2005 11:59 (twenty years ago)

is it that i'm just a complete girl?

g-kit (g-kit), Thursday, 6 October 2005 11:59 (twenty years ago)

what was that all about?

simply wanted to know why proportionally fewer women post on those threads than men do

minna (minna), Thursday, 6 October 2005 12:01 (twenty years ago)

cos men are silly and can't help rising to the bait.

you should've just asked me.

g-kit (g-kit), Thursday, 6 October 2005 12:02 (twenty years ago)

's okay, it's turned into a thread about the Pussycat Dolls now anyway

Dadaismus (Dada), Thursday, 6 October 2005 12:02 (twenty years ago)

Same reason as why many of the women don't: feeling like I don't have much to add, or else not knowledgeable enough about what's being talked about.

jaymc (jaymc), Thursday, 6 October 2005 12:03 (twenty years ago)

if i bought a daisy rock guitar, could i get away with it?

Frankly, I avoid the political threads because they become too heated and personal far too quickly. There are also some people who I can deal with on random threads who are too hotheaded for me on the political ones - even if I agree with them 100%.

postmen: if you don't on ile's political threads, why not?

Dadaismus (Dada), Thursday, 6 October 2005 12:09 (twenty years ago)

Dadaismus (Dada), Thursday, 6 October 2005 12:12 (twenty years ago)

if you don't post on ile's retarded threads, why not?

you're asking this on the wrong thread, bucko.

g-kit (g-kit), Thursday, 6 October 2005 12:13 (twenty years ago)

Next up: Asexual people, if you don't post on ILE's political threads, why not?

Asexual are still either male or female.

feminazi (feminazi), Thursday, 6 October 2005 12:16 (twenty years ago)

Pedantic people: if you don't post on ILE's threads, good job.

g-kit (g-kit), Thursday, 6 October 2005 12:17 (twenty years ago)

semen: if you don't come on ile's political threads, why not?

ken c (ken c), Thursday, 6 October 2005 12:18 (twenty years ago)

Pedantic people: if you don't post on ILE's threads, then you must be amongst the few pedants who don't.

Dadaismus (Dada), Thursday, 6 October 2005 12:19 (twenty years ago)

God, ILE is shit today. Someone think of a decent thread to perk it up, cause I can't.

Alba (Alba), Thursday, 6 October 2005 12:20 (twenty years ago)

Matt (Matt), Thursday, 6 October 2005 12:21 (twenty years ago)

....monkey tennis?

Sociah T Azzahole (blueski), Thursday, 6 October 2005 12:21 (twenty years ago)

"Oh, er, there you are. Hello. You got the note, jolly good. Well, um, that's all the threads that we have for you today and er, what a jolly nice lot of items too, eh? Um...well, the same team will be back with you again tomorrow with another menu full of items. Um...I don't know if I shall be participating in ILX tomorrow as I understand my bits in this thread have not been recieved quite as well as they might (start to roll credits over this) but er, never mind, the damage is done - no use in crying over spilt milk. (miserably) I've had my chance and I've muffed it. Anyway, there we are. I'm not really awfully good with words. You see, I'm more of a visual performer. I have a very funny - though I say so myself - very very funny walk. I wish I'd been on that thred. I'd have done rather well. But anyway, there we are - the thread's over. And...we'll all be - they'll all be back with you again tomorrow... (starting to cry).... Sorry. I do beg your pardon. I don't like these...displays of emotion...I wish it would say the end."

Dadaismus (Dada), Thursday, 6 October 2005 12:25 (twenty years ago)
