There are ads for this on the radio station I listen to (which is all 40s type music, "the music of your life") and they are upsetting.

I used to work at a market research place where we tallied mystery customers' surveys for B4rcl4ys B4nk. The 'customers' between them would wind up having to do over their branch visits MANY times because quite a few were just plain incompetent.
