Is the ban working? The no sale of fireworks until 14 days before the 5th?

I'd have thought that the young 'uns would have found some way round it but I've been pleasantly surprised.

I work in Salford quays, overlooking ordsall (nine floors up thank god). The ban doesn’t seem to have gotten through to the little rascals round here.
