Is there anyone here who puts global issues above their own personal ones? I know it's probably bad not to, but I can't, and I never will. What I'm trying to say is, if it's a choice between me having a shit year next year and the world having a shit year, I know which I'd choose. Are any of you actually able to say otherwise?

World peace doesn't mean I'll be able to afford new decks new answers.

An admittedly hard choice. I'd *like* to think that if somebody came up to me and said "In exchange for you having the worst year of your life, things will be utterly fantastic for the world has a whole," I'd say, "Okay." But am I that self-sacrificing at base?

Is there anyone you know who could help you to get on your feet? Help you get a start? What is it like in Ireland?

Sterling C is right to the extent that a REALLY bad world year would mean a REALLY bad personal year.

It'd have to be REALLY bad though as you say. When was the last REALLY bad world year, just as a point of reference?
