Powerpoint presentations are Satan's bowel movement, and this is basically trying to one-up that with more animated dangleberries for no reason. Most irritating presentation I ever sat through was done by a guy who had the slides trigger sound samples from Monty Python, to which he'd then respond. Something like,

MP clip: "Get on with it"
Guy: "OK, I will then!"

...after half an hour of this, everyone in the room wanted to punch him.

The best Powerpoint presentations are always the most minimal. Just stick black text on a white background and that's it. I hate hate hate it when the slides are in some murky color like dark blue and the whole thing's impossible to see on a big projection screen.

I'm editing a .doc for someone in in OO3. If I turn on Track Changes (or whatever it's called in OO), will they be able to see my edits in Word?
