My pseudo-bachelor weekend (unwatchable, ridiculous DVD recommendations)

So, my wife's going away on business next weekend. I'm broke, but I have lot of very potent weed and a Netflix account. Now I can get impossibly high and watch all of the terrible, pretentious, overlong, indulgent shite that I've never been able to rent.

What should I get? I'm thinking stuff like the Brakhage anthology and some ridiculous live dvd of some horrible prog metal band. Also, Sugar & Spice.

There's a very obvious answer to this question.

Fantastic Planet - get the dubbed version, not the subtitled. If you are correctly baked it's just a distraction.

if you are correctly baked you need pizza rolls.

Cannibal : the musical!

Worst film ever, but a load of fun to watch if you want to see cannibals singing songs about snowmen and other weird stuff. (Oh yeah, and there's this amazing guy who always appears out of nowhere predicting the worse things happening. He da best!)

The sun's as warm as a baked potato!

Plus, Stan Brakhage is actually IN Cannibal: The Musical. This is true!

the commentary track for Cannibal, where the cast & crew get really hammered, is even funnier than the actual flick. at one point, you hear one of them go off into the kitchen to call a cab to come take everybody to the tittie bar.

Steer clear of Debbie Does Dallas. What a disappointment. I guess there really is no such thing as classic pron.
