So, depending on how good their timekeeping is, they could get nearly 5 minutes out of me this year.

Since I live with one of this "small faction", the simple answer is "films don't count".

There's a far more complex one that says the events of the TV movie can only happen between Frontier In Space and The Deadly Assassin, but nobody wants to hear that.
