Hi, who all is out there? For me it's 1:40am and normally I am sleeping, but the S/O is outta town and I am celebrating having my own space (an issue in my own head) and have cleaned the house and am watching TV (Spike re-run of Enterprise, sadly nota very good one) and have decided to log in and see what's up. Certainly it's Sat morn for someone in the UK or elsewhere...what's the buzz?

It's 2 am, I just got home from seeing Kevin Blechdom and Planning To Rock, and then I went to the RX gallery where there was kind of a reunion of people who used to go to this techno club in the early 90s, it was funny seeing rave nostalgia going on, and now I am home and there's a trio of wasted dudes outside in the street (two with their shirts off) screaming "Fuck YOU! Come out here bitch! Fuck you ain't shit blah blah" etc. trying to start/finish some fight with a neighbor on the next block over. They sound drunk as hell.

here in Oakland, it's two AM, I'm well drunk, and I had a shitty night at work, trying to unwind, unsucessfully (sic). I did suceed in DLing the entire Kate Bush video file. The duet with Peter Gabriel is really overdone. As for Running Up That Hill, wow, I never knew Ms. Bush was a professional dancer, and I'm sure there are those who could critique her abilities, but I for one am impressed. If I had a clue as to how to cut up a lengthy video file I would upload it. Listening: Dubtribe Sound System - "Reclaim Your House Nation".

it's ten past one in the afternoon in hackney, london, uk. i slept late despite going to bed early. woke up just after ten, had some coffee, checked my email, chatted with the russian (she said my cherished supersoft old-man's-pyjama-bottoms are her least favourite of all my clothes! i am cut; cut to the quick), googled what transformer i need to make our new american wireless router work with uk voltage etc without exploding the house, did an angel card (introspection! timely), texted a few friends about checking out the ethical clothing sample sale on brick lane (yesterday i got a lovely pair of cords and two t-shirts there for seven quid - score!), found a wicked website for jobs in film & tv, called the bank to get them to send me a new pin, am considering getting dressed and heading to dixon's to pick up the transformer.
