How come those "trapped in a time loop/warp" eps never had the characters in compromising positions, like taking a dump or in the midst of some lavish holodeck orgy sequence?

Also, would Starfleet holodecks have such "safe-for-work" filters? How long would it take young Wesley's hormonally surged mind to reprogram them?
