Chances of Foetus suicide: absolutely nil.
It's got nothing to do with self-destructive characters but everything to do with the extent the world has ignored him and the reason why the world has ignored him.

Foetus is too cool to die.
Anyone who spent as much time with Lydia Lunch as he had can't be as cool as some people portray him to be.
