It has to be a certain smile. Sean William Scott always has a hit-eating grin, and although that picture ain't necessarily showing his best, you can see the corners starting to pull up. Physically, it's definitely about the corners. And teeth. It's a real cuntish expression.

Actually, I've been thinking about this for a while, and I think the facial expression shows how the perpetrator would look if they had forced someone else to eat shit. The person with the smile is not the shit-eater! It's a fuck-you-cause-I'm-the-jock look.
