Reading Rolling Threads From Other Timezones/Places And Thinking They're Having A Better Time Than You: Classic or Dud?

Do you ever do this? I did this by mistake this morning when I clicked on the wrong thread.

But then again, I always think that everyone is having a better time than me...

People in other timezones might not be at work right now, so they probably are having a better time than you/me.

I have thread envy, I guess.

I wonder who is having the better time between Chicago and Glasgow. Chicago probably has better snow.

I don't hate my own thread. I'm just feeling insecure. As usual.

I admit it, I'm jealous of the Glaswegians' size. And the antipodeans are usually drunk by the time I see their thread so they're clearly having a better time.

Has anyone else ever looked in on threads from other locations? The American ones intimidate me, but I'm curious.

no, i am happy with the squash drinkers on UKWC

The Glasgow one is only that big because they don't want to start a new one every time. I don't look at the 'geography-based community' threads much as they are exclusive by definition but perhaps reasonably so.

I read a Toronto one once, I think. That was wacky!
