Whats with the "i" working about half the time? Is there some sort of requirement that I am not aware of?

Heh. I may have said this before, but my sister was asking about choccy fountains for her wedding next summer and the caterer said they're not such a good idea, sadly. Apparently they use cheap chocolate to start with, and then in order to keep it flowing smoothly they add lots of vegetable oil (otherwise cooling chocolate would clog the tubes & things) and people inevitably make a terrible mess, so that the surrounding tables & area get plastered. Would rather put fondue pots on every table with a finite amount of dark chocolate for dipping.
