I know he's not facing criminal charges, but it sounds like the paper acted improperly.

Fair or not, the Spokane mayor was a jerkwad (haha, literally in some cases i guess.) He's even admitted to being "at peace" now that he's been recalled. I guess the world of gay boi chat rooms are now all his. joy.
