I never play it anymore and would rather have a nice Korg Ms2000. I've put it on Loot for £650 but it would be less to any of you lot. What you would get:
5-piece Tama Royalstar kit (silver)
2 crash and 1 ride cymbal, + hihats
All necessary stands + cymbal stand clamp for a rack tom
Twin bass pedals
Practise pad for the snare drum
And a stool!

Ambrose would you say the cowbell is more "Hysteria" or more "Pyromania"? I am interested either way.

Tracer Hand, Thursday, 10 January 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

Bah, I'm not selling my drum kit anymore, I have other plans.

In 20 years, this will be the change of mind that saved rock music as we know it.

Indeed. Ph3aR m3 etc etc.

DG, Friday, 11 January 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

Ambrose, I wasn't kidding about the cow bell, if you want to sell it separate.

Tracer Hand, Sunday, 13 January 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

the cowbell is more 'fucked up'. the thing is, it only cost 25 quid in the first place. i'd seel it for 10, maybe 5 pounds...(er $$$ dunno). then plus shipping to US. how much is that!? im up for it, but do you think it is owrth it. after all, things like tha5t you need to hear before you buy. what do you mean by hysteria nad pyromania. sorry i know nothing of music so dont get these references. its pretty cool, but a bit scratched up.

ambrose, Tuesday, 15 January 2002 01:00 (twenty-four years ago)

I don't know what the different pitches are, but cowbells each have a particular pitch. There are low ones like on Pyromania (Def Leppard) and high ones like on Hysteria (Def Leppard). A drummer friend has been talking about the low cowbell sound on Appetite for Destruction (Guns n Roses) for what feels to his friends like an eternity so we want to plug that particular cowbell-sized hole in his life - but it does sound like yours is maybe ready for the great drumset in the sky, ambrose, so I will have to go all the way to up 46th st (horrors!) and navigate the dreaded Sam Ash
