I liked it. They could have done a better job on the action, and the lives-outside-the-track segments were a little overwrought, but I expect nothing else from reality TV.

I don't like the editing, they've messed with the timeline too much - Venis Envy is the star rookie, Venis Envy blows the bout that lets them play for the championship, oh wait they're back to a conversation right after the second bout but wait the featured match is being played late in the season and it's gettying ready to rap up...

Their desire to make the series cool (read: reasonably hot) punk-rawk independent spirits vs. dowdy authoritarian Nurse Ratcheds (mostly Hades Lady) is kind of embarassing, but might actually be true to the situation, as Hades Lady comes off as a bitch.
