I wonder if its true that if you eat before bed it gets converted to fat. I doubt it - it seems like a myth. I mean you are not going to eat again for eight hours! surely you will burn the calories

If you are eating three meals a day, and then eat lots and lots of snacks after dinner and right before bed, yeah, you will gain weight.

But if you're eating healthy amounts of food, it doesn't really matter what time of day you are eating it.
