The phrases are:

"Those tattoos are badly drawn and they don't compensate for your tiny genitals."

be aware that the above German tranlated back in to English is thus:

I don't think that's how I would've translated all of those things but if your'e going around calling people prostitute circus dogs maybe it doesn't matter so much.

I would probably just say "Schade," instead of that first sentence.

You could also say "umbringen" (murder) instead of "töten" (kill).

"ich verstehe Deutsches, wissen Sie.",

I might have said "Sie wissen, dass ich Deutsch verstehe."

"jene Tattoos werden schlecht gezeichnet und sie entschädigen nicht Ihre kleinen Genitals."

I might have said "Jene Tattoos sind schlecht gezeichnet und entschädigen nicht Ihre kleinen Genitals."

"einzeln oder alle zusammen, Sie Söhne der Prostituiertecircushunde."

I cannot improve on this in any way.

Isn't there a big semantic difference between "Deutsch verstehen" and "Deutsch koennen"? Like, the latter implies understanding and speaking?

Also, the character speaking that line does both understand and speak German, so it would work. If I understood Dan correctly there.
