Well i just got my first spam at WORK! I'm used to it at my home (demon) account -- now getting as many as a dozen a day sometimes :-(

But this is the first time i've been mailed at the address i leave here. Grrr. ah well.

Please feel free to burst forth bile about spam -- oh and be sure to use blue lettering to link to that consultant guy that featured on slashdot/register the other day. hee.

just got another. i don't suppose there's anyway to replace my address in all past posts is there? does it not screw up greenspun if you start a thread with a duff e-mail address?

It only screws it up if you dont set your send-replies to "no". If you use a duff account and set it to yes then it means mailer-not- found e-mails for everyone who replies, so often I end up going in and changing those e-mail addresses to the poster's real one, if I know it.

I am going to have to change my email address soon anyway since my ISP is changing hands, so I'm happy to keep using this address for now. I have so many filters on my email anyway that I get spam maybe once every two weeks, if that.
