Reason I think of this, some people complain that everything takes forever and nobody gets anything done because there's so much red tape. However, others say that if not for regulation then greedy businessmen would have everyone work themselves to death in sweatshops for nothing and then burn the bodies in the trash compactor if they could get away with it. Modern employment sometimes resembles a game of who can spot the biggest loophole first. Who's right?
