This is the thread where we post links to pages hosting our bizarre finds in our yearbooks of past...

MINE

And to give a taste of what's inside my link, and to fulfill Ned's request...

Brian can I have that picture for an FT cover star?

i'm pretty sure we didn't have yearbook at my skool. i think we had one at College but since i only hung out with about 6 people from my year and we weren't really yearbook "types" (i.e. none of us were particularly brainy, sporty, political or clever or related to Andrew Lloyd-Webber) i didn't bother getting it.

Schools in the UK don't really do yearbooks. I wish they did. They're funny.

I wish A) I went to high school in the 70s, AND B) my yearbook wasn't blighted by the Students Trying to Get Each Other In the Yearbook Multiple Times Looking Kewl Committee. Damn this state.

I didn't even attend my leaver's photos, I bunked off school for the day.

My god I dread to think what the photos people took at our leavers dinner looked like. My hair was no doubt a right bloody mess and as for the skimpy dress I wore WELL. *ILE cringes in HORROR* Then again I was thinner in those days although to myself I looked like the LARDIEST EVAH chiz chiz. I didn't go to our college leavers ball, though I kinda wish I had... then again, I had a GRATE time in the pub that night and made a very good fwend so...

Ours would have cost £15 but I think everyone refused to buy it so it never got published. Only reason I wanted it published was because someone wrote a hoedown about me and how often does that happen? I avoided the leavers ball thing as anyone with any sense would have done. (All 2 or 3 of us.)

My college yearbook has the worst layout in the entire world. My best friend and I were in hysterics over the sheer horror of it. Also, I was never informed of when the senior photos were taken, so I am not in it.

I bought high school yearbooks for every year. According to my friends on the yearbook committee my baby photo in the senior yearbook was the cutest one that year (the perks of having a professional photographer as a father, I suppose.)
