I had to buy more rice yesterday.
http://www.shopnatural.com/product/11137.jpg
Also some cd wallets at the dollar store.
That's nice n' all, and it is good rice, but I really like those t-shirts (and if I wore hats, I would wear that hat - eek, what's with the hair at the back? Creepy.) It's all one more reason to start making some actual money.

Gorgeous short-sleeved fitted suit jacket, which at least one person has already commented is probably the best item of clothing in my entire wardrobe. Was on sale but still embarrassing. I am a sucker for a good waistline.

yes its got the laser cut....but they aren't accurate. its off by about 1/3. so you still technically have to eye it.

rrrobyn (rrrobyn), Saturday, 4 February 2006 07:45 (nineteen years ago)

Heheh. April will be a fine month. :-) Will you be going directly to Providence or stopping in Boston? There'll probably be a FAP there on Thursday night.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Saturday, 4 February 2006 07:49 (nineteen years ago)

Honestly, I didn't even know Boston was on the way to RI. West-Coaster ignorance. I have no idea though of the itinerary, but I will keep this in mind, having never been to Boston, which I'm sure is a good place to see and FAP. Terrastock!! Funnnn.

I forgot, the other day I bought a new one of these:

We 1) moved 2) back to a town with IKEA, etc 3) to a 3-story fully carpeted place 4) and are having the family over for T-giving. That is my full justification for buying fancy-schmancy iMac-like canister vacuum, a ginormous expanding dining table, enough chairs, a "media solution", and a replacement 9 cu. ft. chest freezer (the original dented and bashed one given to the movers as a tip) lately.

Jaq (Jaq), Thursday, 16 November 2006 23:32 (nineteen years ago)

And the goddam power nozzle thing was busted out of the box :( It's fixed now though, got it back from the repair guy yesterday. We had one of those upright bagless windtunnel monsters that weighed a hundred pounds. I'm all about lightweight, quiet, enough suction to pull black cat hairs out of carpet, upholstery, and their pelts. Also, enough of this bagless crap - what a pain in the ass. Dust everywhere with those things; what a terrible idea. I can recycle the used paper bags in the worm bin.

Mr. Jaq has been jonesing for a roomba since they came out, but they don't do stairs. Also, robot vacuum = asking for trouble, imho. Although, if it had a remote control it would be fun as a cat tormentor.
