Ozzy Reality TV: Classic or Dud?

Okay, I'm voting "classic" early on this one:
OZZY OSBOURNE and his family will be the subject of a new TV series, "The Osbournes," to debut on MTV on March 5th. The series is based on a six-month period during which Ozzy and family granted the network nearly unlimited access to their daily lives. In addition to Ozzy, the show will feature his wife/manager SHARON and their two children, KELLY and JACK. "No one could write the characters of Ozzy, Sharon, Jack and Kelly -- they're simply too real," said MTV Senior Vice President of Music Development LOIS CURREN. "It's part reality show, part sitcom, and there's nothing like it on TV."

Anyone can confirm this is true? I copied and pasted from elsewhere but not from a news source.

if this is true, and i hope to god it is, it will definitely be better than anything else mtv has done. ever. especially since the new real world is so dull, and blonde. meow. but really, ozzy could read the phone book and i'd watch it, even though it would take a full 60 minutes to get to Adams.

If anyone has ever seen a documentary on Ozzy & his family they will be able to confirm that this will be as mad as cheese.

The Real World has always been dull. They production company make it that way cos they are dull too.

MTV cribs on Ozzy (possibly where they got the idea to do this???) was spectacularly good. His kids are excellent value too, on top of the mad brummie git himself!

The house has been sold...to Christina Aguilera.
