Hey! If the evidence was good enough to take them prisoner in the first place, then it's plenty damn good enough to keep them prisoner - forever, if that's what it takes to keep just one American safe from these terrorists.

I'm angry and ashamed that our (aus) govt hasnt made any real effort to have David Hicks extracted from Guantanamo and tried here under his own country's law instead. He's been there for years now as well.
