Actually, taste is far too high in your list too, given that most of what we "taste" is actually from smell. Saltiness, sweetness, sourness, saltiness, bitterness and that weird MSG one are not really that exciting without smell. A friend of mine has no sense of smell and food for her is mostly about texture.
And wait, I assumed your list was about enjoyment rather than usefulness but how is balance more enjoyable than smell?? You really hate smell!

Mind you losing proprioception is also a scary thing to think of. I don't imagine many people are even aware of what it is. But the concept that you know where your whole body is without looking at it constantly... and losing that? Eek.
