I don't think people do this in real life, unless it's part of some fetish play. Because you'd have to first remove the shoes in order to take your clothes off, then put the shoes back, which would look rather silly. Then again, I think high heels look silly most of the times anyway, but I'm just a hippie myself.

I've had female roommates. I think they must've worn socks most the time. It wasn't something I paid much attention to. My point is more that the vast majority of women I encounter, and the vast majority of times I encounter women I know, they have on some sort of footwear.
