Man, Oliver! was huge when I was a nipper, across the generations . I remember how anxious we were to see the "follow-up," The Flight Of The ... Doves was it?, with Ron Moody and Jack. RIP.

I saw an interview with him on either an Oliver or HR Puffinstuff DVD a few years ago and remember thinkinhg he looked like a junkie, and 20 years older than his actual age.
