In my high school govt. class we had a mock senate and everyone had to write their own pretend bill. The bill "Working November," against Alaskan oil drilling, warned that if we were to drill, a polar bear might walk under the drill before it hit the ground, killing the bear.

Be safe.

I came up with an idea like this, I'm sure not seriously, in grade 4 (when I was 9 or 10) in a problem solving exercise, and it was rightfully dismissed as fucking stupid then.

how much would it cost

way too much for it to be considered seriously, think about the maintenance and on-going costs as well.

£74.86, i've just aked my sister who works at B&Q. That's with 30% staff discount though, so you'd have to pay more ken.

what if i get a job at B&Q and then solve global warming as a sneaky 2nd job?

ken c (ken c), Friday, 3 March 2006 10:23 (nineteen years ago)

Solving global warming just doesn't pay well. Sorry. It's real slow this time of year.
