Locations: Dupont, Logan, U St, Cap Hill (near Eastern Market, Cap South or Union Station). Not MD or VA.
Metro accessible is a must!
Lease: Starting early-mid April

dude needs to open himself to the wonderness of NoVa. you can live closer to downtown DC in Arlington than a lot of places in DC. And a WHOLE lot cheaper, too.
