Are there any website for people who are looking to swap broadcast quality video footage? I am looking for a way to get in touch with people who are interested in swapping dvd footage via mail.

I am not looking for hollywood releases or television shows but weird non-commerical special interest material. I am looking for uncut middle eastern battle footage, 20th century promotional movies, international political propaganda, Industrial training video, 1970's international television... ect.

Does an online meeting place like this exist?

Heh. DN, wouldn't that kind of stuff be archival material TV stations licence out, ie you have to buy it?

Or is that precisely what you're trying to avoid (a la stock photos)?
