I'm going to my first class of the Fall Semester in ... oh ... about 10 minutes. I know I'm not the only one here dragging a camel-like hump filled with books & pencils & binders around w/ me.

The Fall Semester? SO EARLY DAVID. I just started SPRING semester. I, TOO, am early. I carry around an enormous plaid suitcase around campus, trying purposefully to look like a lost tourist.

I must be taking STOOPID classes if I think it's FALL. Keerist. Where are my leeches? I think I'm coming down with the Plague. (And what the heck are you fantasy geeks babbling about, Harry Potter?)

In real life (where the semester is SPRING, Daver) I am taking Calculus II, Computer Science I, and Discreet Mathematics (as an online course, wahoo). Switching from the usual Intro to Computers blather ("Can anyone name another example of an output device?") to calculating the area between two curves (after not taking any sort of math class since 1993) proved to be a jarring juxtaposition.
