1) my enjoyment of walking, figuring out bus routes, getting around on my own (as a big-city kid i'll never take this stuff for granted)
2) hotel smell (that mixture of pool chlorine and laundry detergent)
3) not being much of "a talker" and preferring it that way
4) conning people into believing i'm smart (also see #3)
5) coming to my senses about reversing the short-lived and misguided decision to give up caffeine

SPIN OFFS TOO. Sweet Valley High SENIOR YEAR was pretty darn good. Even though the covers just weren't the same. I actually read the middle school version more than the high school ones, when I was younger. SWEET VALLEY TWINS.

i just was considering buying a lot of 95 SWEET VALLEY HIGH BOOKS on ebay but then realized that the shipping of 95 books would be insane and where in the world would I keep 95 sweet valley books? ahh those wakefield girls. 5'6, eyes the color of the pacific ocean, perfect size 6s. i just wish i could warn the 16 y/o old elizabeth what todd 'the whizzer' wilkens would do to her in the first weeks of college. Maybe she wouldnt have wasted so much time on his boring jock ass in high school. Oh and also that shes going to get fat.
kelly, i went through that obsession a few months ago and found a site that sells them for one cent each but they wanted to charge $75 shipping. pp promised me his sister has a whole box of them. i like the old school magnums when the covers were still drawings 'spring break' winter carnival' etc back when jessica hated todd but still kept trying to steal him away just for fun.

4. Lounged and watched Thursday's episode of the Office
5. "Marital relations", followed by hot shower
6. McLusky's "Icarus Smicarus" came on shuffle during the drive home from the grocery store. I sang along loudly with the windows down
7. Fired up the grill for first time this year
8. Beef satay, lettuce, noodles, peanut sauce, beer and wine with friends
9. Watched "We Jam Econo" at a university film screening
10. Father-in-law bought us a round when we ran into him at the local brewery
