Not that old - it's mid-19th C, by Ando Hiroshige. As it happens, my website has that image on it - http://www.japanese-arts.net/painting/print_place_argument.htm. Plainly out of copyright, and you can't sue someone for ripping off the same source as you.

PLus, mine's more cheerful! My photoshoppery was in a more rainbow brite way. Maybe I will email the band's manager/syncophant about the matter anyways in hopes that the band be alerted and will be like "Wha!? You are so awesome!? Quickly, we will make you a star!" and then it will be all glory for me forever.
