A question regarding 80's "lifestyle magazines."

What "lifestyle" magazine would a young groover, obsessed with England and growing up in the '80s, read? I'm looking for something that's like the equivalent of what Paper was in NYC in the '80s before it got bought out and became boring... Any ideas?

In case the above is a little ambiguous, she's looking for a magazine that was in existence in the '80's, not a current magazine that would appeal to a former child of the '80's.

I believe this detail will be used in a piece of fiction she's writing. The Face would fit the bill, right?
