When you're sitting on the toilet in the morning, what do you do if you need to poo and masterbate at the same time? Should you poo, flush, then masterbate, or vice versa? What do you do if your stomach starts rumbling in the middle of masterbating, or if you suddenly get a boner while you're pooing?
