Costco vs. Washington State in beer & wine lawsuit -- Costco wins

Apparently, if appeals fail,

Pro: lower prices for wine and beer for all in the state
Con: possibly less variety and less local wines and beers being sold

I bring it up here as this could create a chain reaction of Costco vs. U.S. State lawsuits around the country.
