I'm going to be in Milwaukee this Saturday and Sunday and was wondering if anyone knows of any good shows going on or decent bars I can check out while I'm there?

I'm actually playing a wedding in Mke on Saturday, and my band may do an impromptu hit at the Nomad (bar on Brady near Farwell).

Willie Wisely will be at the BBC on Saturday. He's fun to see. Plus the BBC is surrounded by some other neat bars. The Landmark Lanes has many great beers on tap, and is only about 50 steps away.

In town today. Gunna hit Mars' Cheese Castle when I drive back down to Chicago today.

Lot of big scary "Voter Fraud!" Billboards around here, like a bunch of Walker/Ryan fans went nuts and decided to propagate bullshit rightwing noise on their own dime.
