Does anybody know a way of getting through (by phone) to an actual living person at Ticketmaster? I'm trying to get a refund for a concert that never happened, but there's no option for it on the "press 1 for blah blah" menu and it's driving me up the frickin wall!

There's a database called Gethuman of what buttons to press to speak to call centre staff for various companies.

Ticketmaster's not on it though. Try just pressing nothing for a while - that sometimes seems to work.
