Pictures of mutilated dead bodies, I guess, like that big black 7" cover, of photos of the "black dahlia" murder victim. Goatse is really, really gross, but I've never had nightmares about it.

good point. i found the Iraqi prisoner torture pictures 1000x more horrifying than Goatse.

Tubgirl is really gross and made me feel ill which goatse (strangely perhaps) didn't. I've never heard of cranberry muffin arm girl. As I enjou eating cranberry muffins I'm not going to go looking for it either.

The grossest things are dead people - there's a lack of humanity in some of the photos being hawked around from Iraq (not just the torture ones - the dead soldier ones) that I find truly gutchurning. And I never feel the need to see those execution ones either.
