It is assumed this is because of the ongoing resentment and hatred between management and (some) staff in another section. I have opinions about this, of course, but it does not directly impact on my working life. My concern is that their solution will be to move some of those bitter, resentful staff into my section and I fear they are so set in working as little as possible and obstructing every new development that this will infect our happy little crew.
Is it appropriate for me to say this? or should I just stick to my immediate situation "no problems for me with my manager or my coworkers, everyone does a good job, communication is great"
Finally, will what I say make any difference really?
