Poster in top right corner has a bunch of right angles and looks to be kiind of a longish shot looking down from above, so it could be some kind of architectural or street scene.

Shopping bag(?) on couch over sippy goth's shoulder has "ISH" marked on it. Snack food bag left of elfgirl's shoulder has "ell" lettering, maybe. Can't think of what stores or brands these might be, as far as that might pinpoint the scene georaphically.

Actually, I think the sexual tension in this pic is not between the elf girl and the dude, but coming from sippy goth. Her body language seems to be directed towards dude, but she also seems to be giggling in a sort of fauning sympathetic resonance along with whatever it was elf girl said that cracked herself up so much. Or maybe mystery blond(e) is the target here.

This is the night she discloses her long-held secret crush, so sayeth the wine.

Ok, I cheated and looked at the rest of the pics. I believe the girls are sisters, so THAT particular theory of mine is out. Apologies.

So, confirming some of the guesses, without :

-It is Austria.

-It is a theme birthday party , for elf ears, I think. StarWars/ LOTR.
Some dressed appropriately, most didn't, so that's why it was kind of unclear ar first. There's a pic of a guy with a
cardbord sign around his neck that says "Ringträger."

-It appears to be a rec room or multi-purpose room setting, probably in a university setting. Not a house party, so good call on that. They're probably students together or work in the same department. Something to do with Medieval languages.

If you look at the antique world map poster in the first pic it's just taped up for this party, probably. Signifying "Middle-Earthiness." Not the usual room decor. The modern city poster is a red herring.
