Something about this movie is so endearing that when I watch it, I get hooked. I guess that speaks to the skill of filmmaker who alas, would make Marx and Lenin proud.
Seriously... you have two uneducated characters (one white, one black) stereotyped as union factory workers (complete with boots and flannel shirts) who take on the evil alien Capitalists that are running the world (in suits or uniforms), but can't seem to shoot very well. The antagonists are all wealthy, the owners of capital, or their lackies. It's hilarious.
How do the proletariat overturn the capitalist monsters? By violent force, a.k.a. Lenin's vanguard of course, murdering a lot of innocent people and aliens in the process.
See, if our heroes were really smart, they'd start a business to make money off these alien "oppressors". Instead, they ended up (spoiler alert)... well, never mind. But it ain't good how they ended up.

Maybe they could have set up an intergalactic travel agency for the aliens. I'll have to watch it a few more times to see how they could have ended up rich instead of... not rich.
