Question abt PAL/NSTC

So uh, I have a PAL dreamcast (lol @ PAL etc ok). I have access to a US, presumably NSTC, TV. What exactly do I need to get this set up operational? Can I simply buy a US RF lead, or do I need some fancy converter?

Can I get that sort of thing at a Best Buy? Or do I need to go through lik-sang or some shit? Googling proved inclusive.

A lot of tvs are dual standard nowadays but you won't be able to use the RF lead, you sould use a composite or component connection.
