anthony easton (anthony), Saturday, 24 June 2006 02:18 (nineteen years ago)

I had no idea he was as old as he was. I loved Charlie's Angels when I was in grade school, and a lot of the other shows (Hart to Hart, Fantasy Island, etc.) I watched all the time, too.

RIP.

¨ˆ¨ˆ¨ˆ¨ˆ¨ˆ¨ˆ (chaki), Saturday, 24 June 2006 02:20 (nineteen years ago)

too bad that while he was dying his daughter was "haha, in your face!" smooching on the red carpet at Much Music making snarky remarks about her hubby's ex Mary Jo Eustace (who was likely watching). oh so much drama.

Kim (Kim), Saturday, 24 June 2006 02:24 (nineteen years ago)

A Giant Mechanical Ant (The Giant Mechanical Ant), Saturday, 24 June 2006 02:34 (nineteen years ago)

Is the executive producer generally the main creative force? Do they actully write dialogue, etc.?

A Giant Mechanical Ant (The Giant Mechanical Ant), Saturday, 24 June 2006 02:36 (nineteen years ago)

your executive producer probably won't be writing dialogue.

s1ocki (slutsky), Saturday, 24 June 2006 03:35 (nineteen years ago)

right. yeah. i probably could have taken that one to wikipedia. sorry to interrupt. RIP etc&etc.

A Giant Mechanical Ant (The Giant Mechanical Ant), Saturday, 24 June 2006 03:48 (nineteen years ago)

Wow, this takes me back.

I spent a summer of my life in front of Aaron Spelling's house in Bel Air, when my grandfather was at the peak of his wrought iron designing partnership with an iron shop maker in Van Nuys.

He never got the contract after all those months with me and my grandmother sitting in a car in the heat in front of this megalolopis mansion, but the connections he made through the people he talked to helped quite a bit...

Don't know quite what to say. :/

Sorry to be a moron, but isn't that JFK Jr? Forgive me, I'm Belgian (read: a dumb ass).

Anyway, yeah, I had read about his heart attack, so this doesn't come as a big surprise but still... :-(

Sorry for the massive x-post, but the word on gossip street is that the ex-wife was AT the event as well as Tori (and husband) and Tori demanded the ex leave the premises or she wouldn't do whatever intro she was there to do.

Beverly Hills 90210 pretty much raised me (yeah I've been to therapy) so sad news about Aaron Spelling.
